For damages that are not insured, we are not liable. It is the owner's responsibility to pay for the costs of returning the goods and insuring their removal from the warehouse. As soon as we receive the article, you can wait up to 14 workingdays before we take a picture of your article and ship it on-line (depending on how many shipments are due for listings when your article is delivered).

You will receive a cheque within 7 workingdays after a confirmed purchase of your product. Articles are shipped on approval, so we have to await confirmation of a definitive purchase with the customer before issuing a cheque. You will be contacted as soon as an article has been approved for definitive purchase, so you know that you will have to reckon with our cheque.
