Comment only thing - I was measuring myself as requiring low altitude but after having read other reports that state that they ran low, I ordered the default altitude and they are perfect! No. I don't know... I have been looking for broad leg boots for several years, and a boyfriend suggested them to me. HSIPAR® ladies training boots are made for the rider. The upper is slightly tilted forward to adjust the riding foot positioning - this significantly extends the shoe's service lifes. In case you are not 100% happy with your order, you can send it back to us within 30 working nights after receipt.

There is an on-line returns procedure where you can arrange your returns and create an option to have a stamped returns sticker printed. When you send back your product for a rebate using our seal, a $15 lump sum will be subtracted from your rebate for orders over $100. A $10 lump sum will be charged from your reimbursement for orders under $100.

You may use another delivery option to send back your items at your own expense, but this is not advised. However, if you wish to come back by your own means, please call us first at 713-266-2111 or email us at admin@ridermall.com to obtain an RMA number.

NOTICE: If you are outside the United States and wish to send your parcel back, you will pay the delivery charges with your own selection of carrier. A 15% re-storage charge will be levied on all returns orders that are free of material or processing errors. When returning a parcel with one of our stamped returns stickers, it may take 8-10 working nights for it to reach our depot.

It may take up to 7-10 working day for our returning division to handle the returned item and make out the reimbursement or voucher once the item has been shipped to Country Outfitter. We' ll get in touch with you by e-mail as soon as your returned goods have been handled.

As a result, you benefit from lower postage and packing expenses, quicker turnaround and full security for your returns to our warehouses.
