Shipment & Return
Unstocked or returned articles will be notified upon order. As soon as we get all the residues from the producer, we send them out. Please call our support if you do not wish to delay ordering a backorder or want a replacement. Forwarding expenses are lump sums, which depend on weights and expenses.
In Alaska, Hawaii, territories and overseas shipment we charge more. Most of the large haulage firms work with us to make sure your product reaches you as quickly as possible. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with us if you have special delivery enquiries that are not answered on the website. Packing all our consignments is very important to us to make sure your product reaches you in perfect working order.
All our articles will be sent in case of transport damages assured. Please do not dispose of the package until you have contacted us if you are receiving an article that is broken during transport. In order to take out cover, a photograph of the transport damages may be necessary. As soon as the transport loss has been verified, we will deliver a substitute as soon as possible or, if we do not have another article of the same article, provide a substitute or reimbursement.
There is a 30-day check-back policy applicable to all standard inventory ordered through our webshop and a 10-day check-back policy applicable to products bought in our shop. Full reimbursement will be given for returned goods that are not used and are accompanied by a voucher. Specific articles may demand that the genuine package be enclosed or seamless.
The exchange of new articles bought in the webshop or retailer can take place within 60 workdays. Only a few articles are excluded from return. Open perishables, customized and customized products as well as healthcare and cosmetics products cannot be refunded. There are some problems that can be solved without returning the article to us. When your returns are authorized, your refunds will be handled and a voucher issued to your existing debit or debit card within a specified time period. In case you have not yet been refunded, please contact your local banking institution first.
Often there are some turnaround times before a reimbursement is booked. Please check with your local payment processor, it may take some getting your refunds booked. Once you have reviewed these resources and we have informed you of your refunds, but have not yet recieved a refunds within at least 10 working days, please call our support team.
We can only refund articles with a normal price, unfortunately customs clearances and selected sales articles cannot be reimbursed. The articles must be new, not worn, not used and in orginal pack. Purchasers are liable for all delivery costs, both for the return product and for the substitute product. Faulty products released under the manufacturer's guarantee must be previously authorized.
To obtain a shipment tag for your faulty product, please call our support team. In the event that the product was identified as a present at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will be issued a refund of the value of your returns. Upon receipt of the goods sent back, a voucher will be sent to you by post.

When you are sending an article over $50, you should consider using a traceable delivery method or taking out transportation coverage. There is no warranty that we will get your return.
