Within this timeframe, you may send any non-defective, non-used article with a tag back to us for a full reimbursement. The buyer is responsible for paying for the returned goods if you wish to have a different colour/size, change your opinion of the order, order the incorrect products, etc.
In such cases we do not assume any costs for returning the goods. There is a 20% restocking charge for all returned goods. If you have a problem with your order, such as obtaining the incorrect colour/size/type of article, we will refund the costs of returning the article at our sole option, as well as the postage costs to ship the right article to you if an replacement is requested.
Saddles and most other return items are not possible after thirty days. We may, at our option, allow selected return shipments or exchange promotions after this time, but they will incur at least a 20% restocking charge. After the 14th date we do not charge any postage - the purchaser is responsible for the dispatch.
When you wish to trade in a purchased article for another colour, format or type, you can do so at your own expense by payment of the postage for returning the returned unwanted part. As soon as we have recieved your replaced article and have checked that it has not been used, we will ship your replacement article, with the purchaser bearing the delivery charges.
Any of our seats can be refunded within thirty workingdays of receiving your article, subject to a 20% restocking charge. Your horseback will not be acceptable if your horseback is used for the restitution (e.g. horse hair on the bottom, soiled horseback, etc.). You then have the option of either paying for the seat in order to collect it from us, or refusing the seat back and your reimbursement.
When you wish to send back a defective product/issue under guarantee, you must consult the producer of the device and not us. As sellers, we are not liable for and cannot comply with manufacturer's guarantees. The buyer is solely liable for contacting the producer and registering his guarantee goods.
We can only help you to get in touch with the producer if you ask us about a guarantee problem. Articles labeled "Closeout", "Bargain Bin" or "Scratch and Dent" cannot be returned under any circumstance. We may, in selected cases, provide for the return or exchange of these goods for a 20% refund and re-storage charge and the purchaser shall bear the delivery charges.
Where can I make a request for a refund? Go to the "Contact" section of our products menue and choose "Request a return", or go to our website and click on the "Request a return" button. As soon as you have chosen this option, you will be asked to fill in your order number, your e-mail and other information, e.g. why you want to send back the article or articles.
As soon as your returns enquiry has been sent, you will receive e-mail prompts on how to ship your product back. Upon receipt and verification of your returns, we will e-mail you to inform you that we have recieved your returns.
