Horse Genus and Species name

Genus of horses and species name

Equus is the only recognized existing genus within Equidae that includes seven living species. Folk name(s):, wild horse[English]. class="mw-headline" id="Etymology_and_usage">Etymologie und Verwendung[edit]

A free wandering horse of the Americas Western World, the musang was first derived from Spaniards who introduced it to America. They are often described as game, but since they are derived from once domestized domestic animals, they are correctly described as game. Originally known as the must-have Mang, it was a collection of Spain's best horse colonies, but many other races and horse species added to the contemporary must-have, resulting in different phenomena.

The majority contain a larger genetical mix of ranch stocks and recent race release, while a few are relatively stable compared to the initial Ibérican stocks, which are present in the most highly fragmented population. The 1971 United States Congress acknowledged that "wild, free ranging horse and donkey are alive icons of the historical and pioneering spirits of the West that continues to add to the variety of ways of life within the nations and enhance the livelihoods of the U.S. peoples.

Controversies arise about the division of lands and natural ressources by the free-living mussangs with the animal husbandry species and also with the ways in which the German governments manage the game populations. The number of adoptive parents is not sufficient, so many birds now are living in waiting areas, temporarily and for a long time, with the concern that they could be bought for horseflesh.

Further discussion will focus on the issue of whether must-angs and equidae in general are an indigenous species or an established IS.
