How to Harness a Horse for DrivingUse a horse for driving
Fastening the horse
Rules for the harness: You should always put the necklace on first. Real horsewhips reject to ride a horse on which the horse has been put on the horse pads in front of the necklace because it is thought that an crash will occur if it is attached in this way. Necklace is turned on its head, because this way the broadest part is led over the horse's eye.
With a slightly slim collars, it can be broadened by extending it with the knees and keeping the other long side with the hand. The hams are then placed over the upside-down collars and the ham straps are strapped. Then turn the collars at the smallest point of the neckline directly behind the forehead.
The next step is to tighten the tape. Then, the wrong Martinthal is strapped around the necklace and the bracelet (or chain or renal link). The tracks are now strapped on, turned over the clasp and drawn at the free end so that they do not fall to the floor. The harness consists of the back strap, the abdominal strap and the tractor as well as the lock.
These are clamped piece by piece from front to back. Slip the belt through the wrong Martinthal and bend it. Your stomach strap remains open until the horse is placed on the car. In this way it is much simpler to guide the manholes through the tug. Tracks are placed over the back of the horse, the track near the other side.
Now, the rein is led through the pads and collars-terres. At the end the bridles are put on and the rein is strapped to the rein. Then, take the car to the horse and push the waves into the tractors. Attach and align the abdominal strap and inspect the tractors and waves for proper fit and level.
Get a horse out and pull it off: Reinsert the retainer on the cushion gently before undoing the belts. Unclamping the horse works in the same way as described above, except that the entire process is undone. Transportation back from the horse. Do not guide the horse forward out of the manholes and never take off the rein while the horse is still in the manholes.
Creating a couple or a group is very similar: Put on the necklace and the pillow as described above. Upholstery, back belts and tail strap are fitted with a track carrier or buckle for a couple or teamwheeler. Slip the belt through the wrong Martinthal and bend it.
Clasps on the tractors are attached to the points on the cushions. Tracks are placed over the back with the outer track over the inner track. Guides the bridles through the collars and pad-terrets. Put the bridle with the clasp or strap on the down side and the bridle with the lace ends on the passenger side.
It is a custom that dates back to the time when the driver was standing on the sidelines and the reigns were cast aside. Buckles on the bridle can cause serious injury. In any case, the drawstring is attached to the outside. At the end, reigns are put on and the reigns are strapped onto the bit.
Strap the draw reins to the outside, the draw reins are slung through the throat and are prepared to be strapped onto the horse of the two. - the horse should never be bound with the bridles. It is better to use a holster that is still under the bridles and can be taken off later when the horse is prepared to sit on the car.
- You can find out if the belts and clasps are properly attached and canted.
