Floor shipping: You will need 3-8 working nights for your journey. Delivery in 2 days: Delivered overnight: Night lyophilization is available for $35 for orders placed before 12:00 PST. It is important to remember that consignments will be delivered over night on the next working weekday until 8 pm. Shared shipping: All orders containing pre-ordered or monogram articles will be dispatched as soon as all articles are ready for dispatch.
Signed articles: You will need 3 additional working day for the dispatch of monogram-piece. Kindly notice that your whole order will be shipped as soon as the article with the monogram is completed. You will need 5-8 working nights for your journey. Return and Lean delivery methods are not available for APO / FPO adresses. We are not associated with such a delivery option.
Customs and tax are shown with the postage costs at the moment of cash. When DDU (delivery-duty unpaid ) is an optional item for your destination it will be shown with your available shipment choices at the moment of cash. Orders for products ordered internationally are packaged and made suitable for dispatch within 1-2 working day after placing the order.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, except on public holiday. All orders are payable in US dollars and the currency quote is charged at the moment of sale by the customer's payment processing company. Exchangerate and charges for foreign cards depend on the type of cards the client uses.
When returning the goods, please state your order number. Please note: Articles with a monogram are retail and cannot be refunded. As soon as the order has been dispatched, you can go on-line, login to your order histories and choose "Send back article". "Please choose the item(s) you wish to send back and the reasons for the goods to be sent back.
The credit never expires. We will refund the amount to your initial credit card or debit card, less a $10 returns and administration charge. Once you have finished the returns procedure on-line, please reprint the returns labels and returns forms. We kindly ask you to package the articles to be sent back and send the order back in a suitable cardboard packaging with seals.
Attach the returns labels to the outside of the carton and place them at your next Federation site. You will receive a reimbursement or guarantee within 3-8 working day after receiving your order(s). You can view the state of your returns at any time in your order histories.
