Since we want to make it as easy as possible for you to return the goods to us (and we want to be environmentally friendly and not ship much additional stationery with your order), we have a return order which you can print out here, along with an adhesive mailing sticker.

In order to keep things running smoothly, we are pleased to receive return shipments as long as you return them to us within 28 business day of your order, and we only expect you to return everything you return in good merchantable working order. All articles sent back to us in unsalable conditions will not be reimbursed and will be sent back to you.

It is your own responsability for the costs of the return of articles to us. It is strongly recommended that you obtain shipping documentation and consider insurance for your package as we cannot be held liable for loss of property on the way back to us. It is our goal to handle your claim within two business days following your request and we will inform you by e-mail when this has been done.

It is also possible to deliver the articles personally in one of our shops. Just take your product to the shop with your receipt (preferably the bill of delivery) within 28 workingdays of the date of sale so that we can handle the returns while you are in stock. Because we want you to be fully happy with your order, our staff checks all products thoroughly before packing and shipping them to you.

Should you, however, have received anything that you believe to be incorrect, please immediately notify us by e-mail at or by phone at 01651 872955 and we will make the necessary returns for a full refund to you. 7 workingdays is sufficient for us to give you the opportunity to examine your goods for defects and after this period we will assume that you have approved them.

The Click & Collect services offer all the advantages of buying on-line in combination with a unique buying environment in one of our shops (and the ability to search through all our other product offerings or talk to our shop professionals about any questions). Just order your articles, choose Click & Collect and get your article at a favourable moment for you (if this happens during our opening hours). The best of all services is FREE of charge!

If you find the article you want, just put it in your shopping cart as you would normally do. Browse down and select Click & Collect as your shipping option. Please insert your postal code at the cash register to find the nearest branch. Select a shop to your taste, click Next and then finish the remainder of our default check-out and you are set to pick up your items at the shop.

How soon can I pick up my order? In the case of articles which are in storage in the selected pick-up shop, we usually keep your article available for pick-up within one hours of placement of order, which can take a little longer on the weekend and at peaks. You will receive an e-mail confirming that your order is available for pick-up.

We will do our best to deliver articles that are in another shop within 2 working days to the pick-up shop of your choice. When will I know when my order is finished? You will receive an email for each order to let you know when your order is due for pick-up.

How much do I need to pick up my order? You will need to show your email confirming your registration, your photo ID (e.g. your ID card, driver's license, rifle license) and your adress. For how long can I keep it before I can pick up my order? Your order will be kept in stock for 7 workingdays before it is canceled.

In case you have any problem coming to the shop to pick up your order, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us and we will gladly prolong this period if possible. Anyone else can pick up my order? At all times, we will do our best to take into account changes in connection with the confiscation, provided that this does not affect your or our prerogatives.

Where can I send my order back? All Click & Collect orders are subject to our standard credit card policies. It is also possible to send your order back directly to one of our branches, but please keep your documents in mind (proof of order such as your order acknowledgement and pick-up confirmation) otherwise we will not be able to handle the reimbursement in the shop.
